this evening livi & i decided to make it a fondu friday & it was delicious!

wrangler reader snake party

yesterday at livi's school to celebrate all the 3rd graders reading 10 wrangler reading books, they has clint the snake wrangler come in. the kids loved it & the best time playing with all the snakes. how cool is that?!?! they asked mommy if she wanted to come in & assist clint since she volunteers in the library & she said "no way!" but you can see what a great time the librarian had! i wish they had had wrangler readers when i was in 3rd grade because this is awesome!

bridge kids at regal

 today livi was a bridge kid dancer for the 1st time without me being on the stage with her & she rocked it. instead of dancing i'm helping with little kids now when i'm not in my small group. on top if that we've been transitioing over to our other church campus. so today livi had to dance without me, on a completley different stage, with people she didn't know! also at our new campus when you're a dancer you also dance for the little ones from 2-5!!! then on top of all those tops they danced different songs that she had rehearsed (thank goodness she already knew them), but the song for the littles she had no idea what it was & had to learn it in one minute! she was so awesome & the most important thing is she really loved it!

revolving sushi bar

about a week ago we had so much fun eating at a revolving sushi car for the 1st time. it's livi's new favorite place & is begging to go back. we loved grabbing the plates as they went past us & then when you ordered somthing hot, having it come down the speeding sushu track... it was the best!

kemah boardwalk

after we finished up at nasa the other day we stopped off at kemah boardwalk since we were so close for a few ride & games. the first thing we did was ride on this huge seated zip line & that was amazing. you could see everything & the ocean looked so beautiful. i have to say that i am the best big sister there ever has been because i loyally yet shamelessly lied about my age by 3 years so livi wouldn't have to ride the rides by herself. the best part was when livi & i threw darts at balloons, we really wanted a prize, but we are really bad at throwing darts!!! so daddy swooped in & won us the exact stuffed animals we wanted... yay daddy! i'm not sure who was more proud us or him.

happy st. patrick's day

one republic

what was once mommy & daddy's annual rodeo date night has now become our family annual rodeo date. for the 3rd year in a row we all went to the rodeo as a family last night... whoo hoo. of course we got their early so we could go the petting zoo to love on the farm animals because who in the world wouldn't want to do that?!?!

 then to carnival to ride a few rides, play games & have super cool wax molds made of our hands... we loved them!!!

then it was time for us load up on all the amazing foods they have there like cowboy burritos, best pizza in the universe & funnel cake.

finally it was time to head into the world's largest indoor rodeo... yee haw! there was calf roping (which livi did not like at all. every time the cowboy missed the calf she would yell with joy & scream for the calf to run faster), barrel racing, buckin' broncos, bull riding & of course cotton candy!!!

finally it was time for one republic to come out & perform. we were the largest crowd of rodeo houston 2017, everyone was super excite to them perform. we have to say they were the best band we've ever seen perform at the rodeo. every song they played was better than the last... it was so great!

needless to say livi & i had a grrrrrrreat time & can't wait for mommy & daddy to take us again next year. it'll be our annual family date night now!
