so i've been keeping a big secret for almost a whole month & it has been soooooo hard, but i can finally tell everyone...i'm in a article in this month's 002houston magazine! i get talk about how i want to save the earth & people other than my family will hear my voice...yeah. i never knew how much work goes into a photo shoot, it's a huge process. first jackson the photographer (he's so amazing) & his people (his brother & dad...he's so cool he has an entourage) came over to my house to interview me to get a feel on how he'd want the shoot set up, then they had breakfast with me & my whole family! the next day mommy received an email from jackson's people about what type of wardrobe to bring, that was so fun to plan out. then the day after that was the shoot, we did the shoot at this amazing hardware store called new living that everything in there is non-toxic & organic, i was told if you wanted to you could even drink the paint they sell. the first person i met was fina (she's super sweet), she works at new living & taught me all about the items they sell in the store. when we got there they handed me a gallon of paint & i got to paint the background as a recycling sign...that was way awesome! after the set was painted it was time for jackson to pick out my wardrobe & start shooting. i even got to meet the owner of new living & he gave me one of their cool t-shirts to keep & we worked into my wardrobe. after the shoot was over it was time to pack up, wait til the july issue came out & keep my lips zipped (ypi know how hard that was for me) to keep the issue a surprise. if you want to check out the article here's the link http://002mag.com/wordpress/digital-edition/ or you can go pick one up & i'm on page 28! i want to send a big thank you to carla- for making this happen, fina-helping me learn all about new living & jackson-you are an awesome photograper & i'm so happy i got to meet you.
