a day at the beach

for livi's birthday we took her to her most favorite place...the beach. as soon as she saw the water she took off running, she loves having the waves crash into her, i wish you could hear her laugh. we had tons of fun in the sun- we played in the ocean, made drip castles (i think they're kind of gross), collected pretty seashells, flew our kite, dug a really deep hole (all the way past my knees) looking for treasure & of course had a sandy picnic. the most important thing we did was watch livi have the best birthday so far & she had a blast!!!
