a really good friend of mommy's is doing the "big climb seattle" this sunday, march 25th. the "big climb seattle" is the leukemia & lymphoma society (LLS) washington/alaska chapter's largest fundraiser. all proceeds go towards LLS' mission to cure leukemia, lymphoma, hodgkin's disease, and myeloma and to improve the quality of life for patients and their families. they're going to be climbing the inside of the columbia tower in downtown seattle, it's going to be... 69 flights of stairs, 1,311 steps, 788 feet of vertical elevation! the columbia center is the tallest skyscraper in seattle, as well as the tallest building in the state of wa. vanessa is dedicating her climb to jing & a picture of jing & i for an "in honor" flyer will be posted at the top of the stairwell! if you would like to donate to this amazing cause please click here to go to her link. go vanessa, we're so proud of you for doing this & we love you so much!
