last year at school they stopped having valentine's day parties at livi's school because now they have an end of the year party instead & they're only allowed 2 parties a year. i know it kind of stinks, but don't worry livi is still so super duper excited about exchanging her valentine's with her friends at school!!! plus it's a half day, so in an unofficial way it's still like a party because they don't do any work & they get to eat candy.. whoo hoo. this year livi found these valentines printable & had to make them because they were too cute not to. plus, she loooooves starbursts so this was the perfect way to do it. also in her class they were allowed to make valentine boxes & once livi saw this unicorn box she knew this was the one she had to make. it turned out super cute & we all love it.
since i'm i middle school we don't exchange valentine's anymore but they do sell candy grams to help support the drama department. you get the big size of different kinds of candy bars of your choosing & you also get to write a note to your friend. well i got tons of candy grams & i even have a secret admirer who didn't sign who it was from. my friends & mom have done a lot of detective work & we're 99% sure it's from a boy!!!
also for our yearly valentine's tradition daddy got us a heart shaped pizza for dinner because nothing says love like pizza in this family!
then after dinner livi & i went through each other's candy to exchange goodies that we both love but that maybe one of us didn't get!
