livi's 1st day of the bridge program

today was finally livi's first day of the bridge program. she's was so cute when she woke up this morning, the first thing she said was "i'm so excited to go to school today!" she had picked out her very favorite outfit & cowgirl boots (of course) for school weeks ago, she was so happy to start in the big primary building & she looked grrrrreat!!! when she got to school, mrs hendrick greeted livi & put a special name tag with her name on it. after that she unpacked her bag into her new cubby. by the way, mommy gave livi's bag a makeover & it rocks!!! then she went over to tell the fish in the fish tank good morning & see how they were doing the first day of school. then she found some friends & started playing in the science station. when mommy & daddy left she was having a blast, which made it really easy for mommy! they were so super proud of her & how well she was doing already! all day long they couldn't wait to pick livi up to see how her day went & when they did pick her up she wasn't ready to leave! since it was the 1st day, they did a lot of getting to know you, learning the school & lots

of playing. they even had their snack time & lunch outside under the big shady trees at the picnic tables. after recess they even got to have quiet time (livi's favorite) where they got to lay down, relax & even fall asleep for 30 mins... lucky ducks! she even met a new friend named jack & they had a blast together. she had the best day ever & can't wait to come back tomorrow & the next day & the next day & the next day! so it's safe to say that all in all it was a pretty great day & we ended it with a trip to chick-fil-a (livi's choice) for dinner & ice cream to celebrate. so it's official livi really, really, REALLY likes her school& can't wait to to learn all the things she's going to learn & we can't either! she is one smart cookie & biy is she going to be keeping us on our toes!
