field day

last friday at school was field day... whoo hoo!!! field day is the best day of school all year, we have more fun than should be allowed! i couldn't believe but this year was even more awesome than last year! our coach got to the school at 3am to start setting everything up for the day... don't worry she had helpers. we had 3 different bouncy houses (one was a bouncy slip-n-slide... so cool), tug of war over huge blow up pools of water, any time of relay race you can imagine with pumpkins (because it took place on halloween, parachute runs, minion toss, kick the penguin, bubble wrap bumbers, go cart cars that you peddled in a race, rock climbing, volleyball with the biggest ball you've ever seen, the list goes on & on, but the best was the obstacle course... we even had popsicles & popcorn. coach rice divided all the students in the school down the middle & puts half on the obstacle course & the other half goes on the tug of war. last year i was on the obstacle course & i loved it. so since then livi & i were wishing we'd be put on the obstacle course & we were!!! then since one of livi's classmates was absent she was chosen to be on the tug of war list for her class too. livi & i both got 1st place in our obstacle course runs & livi's class also got 1st place in the tug of war out of all the kindergarten classes! we had so much fun & we can't WAIT until next year to do it again!we just want to say it again... we have the best school ever!
