livi & her shoes

so, i don't know if i've told you this but livi loooooooves shoes. she loves them so much she throws a fit ( i mean a FIT) when you try to take them off of her, she would wear them 24/7 if we let her. the only time she'll take them off is bath time & as soon as she's clean she's ready to put them back on (mommy can't even get her diaper on her unless she's put on her shoes first) it's so bad mommy even has to wait until livi falls asleep to sneak her shoes off. livi has also decided that she should be the designated shoe picker outer for the whole family, so every morning while we get dressed she brings the shoes she "says" we should wear. whatever we do we have to put those shoes on, there is no way out of it (i learned that the hard way), one morning i had already picked out my shoes & when livi saw i had already put them on she wasn't having any part of it. she sat on me & was trying to pull my shoes off & shove my feet into the ones she had picked out, it was a mess livi was screaming at me, i was yelling at mommy to help me & mommy couldn't do anything because she was laughing so hard at us she couldn't breath. so we figured out an excellent (my new word) plan, whatever shoes we want to wear we put them out in plain sight for livi & hide all the other shoes, what can i say you have to do what you have to do & it works for now! geez louise, little sisters.
