tonight we couldn't decide what to make for dinner so we all decided to head off to the carnival at the rodeo, because they every kind of food you could ever dream off & it's in town! we do this every year & we look forward to it for months on end, we all have our favorite things we have to eat... i think we all gain at least 10lbs in one night. so tonight we had two cowboy burritos & they are HUGE, they are bigger than daddy's face. they are filled with steak, potatoes, cheese & these amazing spices, oh my goodness they are soooooo yummy... even livi had to ate some, she couldn't resist, whoo hoo!!! then of course we had to have some fried gator & for desert we had the best cinnamon roll in the world... 2 of them. after we let our food settle for about 5 mins it was off to the rides. the ferris wheel line was about 2 hours long & i've been on it before so this year i decided to live on the edge & try something new... i decide to rock climb. i had never done it before & i was a little nervous & mommy hadn't done it before either so we decided to do it together. my mommy is pretty cool she was the only parent doing it & was getting a few odd looks but she didn't care, she weighed less than 250lbs & she was going up with me. i was fine at first but the higher i got the scarier it got, i almost went all the way up but it being my first time i decided i would save something for next time, mommy was a lil relieved because she was scared too... ha ha ha. then when i got down, i saw how easy it was & i wanted to go right back up but there were kids waiting in line so i got unharnessed instead. even livi wanted to do it, she didn't weigh enough but that didn't stop her from trying... crazy girl. i do have to say that i want to look into a rock climbing gym (yes they have those, so cool) to try again & make it to the top. after that it was time to go feed & love on all the animals, they're so cute! there is pigs, goats, sheep, llamas (he made me a lil nervous), horses, chickens, ducks, deer & even kangeroos. i love feeding them & feeling how soft their little nibble is, it tickles my hand. but you know what, i don't know why they give you food in an ice cream cone to feed them, they don't even like the food they just want the cone. two little baby goats got into a head butting fight over mine, i was trying to break in in half for them & this sheep just snatches it out of my hand... stinkin' sheep. anyway we all had a blast as usual & we can't wait for next year to eat more nummy in our tummy food. i also can't wait till next time mommy & daddy can't deicide on dinner, maybe the circus will be in town.
Carter rocks climbs, she loves it and get to the top! It's a fun hobby!
