in livi's class they decorated cookies, played bingo, made crafts, ate ice cream sundaes; had a great time playing with their friends.
now i don't know if you remember this, but livi has had a HUGE crush on one of her classmates named matthew. he is little like she is & the quietest one in class. it took livi weeks to get him just to say "hi" to her. he is so sweet, nice & adorable, it's not even funny. well about 2 weeks ago livi got up the nerve to ask him to be her boyfriend & he nodded yes (so cute), so everyday after school they walk out together to & hug each other bye. the other day mommy & i finally heard him speak for the first time & he can't say his l's so he calls livi, wivi... ahhh, precious. here's a picture of the two dinosaur loving love birds.
You guys have so much fun! When I was in elementary school it seems like we might have had cake and punch when we got to open our valentines day cards. We made big white envelopes with our name on the outside and hung them on one of the long blackboards each classroom had and then everyone could put a card in your envelope. I was like Livi in that I always had a person of special interest, but unlike Livi I was not always that persons special interest! :)
