sunday afternoon at the beach

the last 4 days we've had some serious rainy & windy days. we've been stuck indoors more than we've been happy about. we did get to go to the pool one day, but we got kicked out a little after an hour because of lightening.  mommy checked the weather in galveston & it was perfectly clear so we decided to pack up for the afternoon to head to the beach. we have to say this was the stinkiest it's ever been there & we were surrounded by piles of seaweed everywhere (which livi loved, but me not so much), but we still had the best time ever & loved being in the sunshine for a few hours!
