teacher appreciation week

teachers – the people who educate us and give us the vital knowledge which we need to live our lives. they encourage, support, discipline and prepare us for the road ahead and now it’s time for us to show them our appreciation. teacher appreciation week began on the 5th until the 9th of may 2014, which will be the perfect opportunity for us to show teachers how thankful we are for their support. so it’s time for us to demonstrate how much our teachers mean to us, let’s all say a big thank you to the people who work really hard so that we can have a better future. livi & i got together to come up with some really special ideas for gifts. on monday we treated them to donuts because everyone deserves a donut & we donut whet we'd do without them.
on tuesday we wrote them special notes. then i brought my teacher her favorite beverage of choice to let her know how "tea-riffic" she is. livi brought her teacher her favorite school supply of choice to say thank you "sticking" with me & helping me learn.
on wednesday we decided to let all of our teachers know how thankful we are for "teaching us a LOTTO stuff this year" & for we made a special "thanks for coming to our aid" kit for our school nurse.
on thursday we decided to make our teacher's sweet tooth as happy as humanly possible. we bought all of their (& i mean all) favorite candies & attached little notes to each one saying thank you.
on friday i really wanted to let my teacher know that i'd "file them under "A" for awesome" & so i got her a fancy nail polish in her favorite shade of purple with a really fun nail file. livi wanted to let her teacher know that there is no "sub"stitute for a teacher like her & got her a gift card to subway. her teacher's husband brings it to her every friday so livi thought it'd be the perfect gift to give on the last day. we were so crazy we for got to take pictures but this is what they looked like!
we were so happy to bring everything in to our teachers to thank them for all that they've  done & to tell them we appreciate them soooooo much!
