end of the year girl scout party

today was my end of the year girl scout party & we had a BLAST! we went to one of our friend's house for fun, food & favors! we could also bring our siblings so that doubled the awesomeness. we stared out swimming, then after about an hour it was time for hamburgers or hotdogs, then we all received our awards & badges we've earned. then they had a zip line in their backyard so we took full advantage of that! seriously how many people have their very own zip line in their backyard... can you say awesome! it was kinda scary after you climbed up the tall ladder & you saw how high you were in the tree, but man was it fun. livi really wanted to do it too, but it took her a while to work up the courage & she did it. she was super nervous, but she held on for dear life & made it all the way across that line. then we all went jumped back into the pool to finish up the party! i'll miss seeing my troop every month, but i know we'll make plans to connect as much as we can until next school year.
