my new genius way of breaking down the recycling

this week at lunches of love as been super crazy with all the rain because a lot of the volunteers weren't able to make it. then the location where lunches of love is located they were also using as vbs so we had certain time frames where we had to be in & out of the assembly room.  instead of using the "assembly room" for prep, bagging, etc., we had use the bag decorating room which is a lot smaller. it was fun watching two big programs come together to share a space & work together. it was tricky with all the maneuvering, but we did it & another successful week was had. we were able to make it out there twice this week to serve & we're so thankful that through the storms we know LoL is out there making sure the kids are still being fed. 

since ivoni had such a great time with us when we took her she really wanted to go back. since she was leaving for a month to go to st. croix with her family on tuesday we decided to crash monday's session & even brought her sister along for the ride. i'm glad we did because there wasn't that many people there & we had the best time ever working together. as soon as they get back & we get back from our trip, we'll all be going together as much as we can before the summer session is over.
